ESCARE Family Support, Youth and Financial Counselling Service
The
'Escare Family Support and Development Program' provides practical
support; information, advocacy, referrals, no interest loans (NILS)
to families, to help them manage their lives more effectively. Escare
also provides:
- Workshops on Parenting and Life Skills.
- Financial Counselling to low income earners facing financial difficulties.
- Activities for 'at risk' young people, aged 12 - 18 years, organised by our Escare Youth Worker.
- Escare Incorporated also administers Before and After School and
Vacation Care.

Bay of Isles Community Outreach Inc
Assists
community members with a mental illness to live integrated, meaningful
and valued lives within our community. Referrals are required to use
this service.
Current BOICOI programs include:
- Psychosocial Support (includes respite for carers).
- Independent Living Skills Support, including recreation.
Harmonee House also provides a safe, supported and encouraging environment for BOICO consumers, to participate in social, recreational and independent living skills activities on a weekly basis.

Goldfields Individual and Family Support Association
GIFSA
is a not for profit organisation that provides respite to primary carers
of people with disabilities. We extend care to a range of people covering;
children, disabled, mental health, dementia and aged care.
GIFSA currently offers:

- Brokerage for Respite
- Holiday Camps ( 4 times a year)
- Accommodation
- Lifestyle Options
- Goldfields Esperance Support Workers Registry
- Training in Carer Related Fields
Through the Goldfields Esperance Support Workers Registry we are able to offer free training to those people interested in working in the field of support work. Courses offered include; manual handling, administering medication, makaton, safe food handling, communication in the workplace and managing stress.

Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre
The Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre (CRCC) is an information source for older people, people with disabilities or illness and those who provide care and services allowing them to live in their home independently.
CRCC provide free and confidential information on community aged care, disability and other support services available locally, interstate or anywhere within Australia. CRCC can also assist Carers with respite by providing appropriate short term or crisis services for their care recipients.

Wanslea Esperance Family Day Care Scheme
Home-based child care provided by trained and licensed Carers in the Carer's home. Family Day Care maintains an emphasis on relationships with small groups and warm, nurturing home-like environment.
Family Day Care is available to all families with children up to and including 12 years of age. Care is available full time, part time or casual. Flexibility in operating hours means that parents who are on call, work shifts, or who require before and after school or school holiday care, may be able to use Family Day Care. Some Carers are available overnight and on weekends.
As Carers are operating approved child care services, eligible families may receive Child Care Benefit and the 50% Child Care Tax rebate.
